The River Camel

The Doom Bar, a notorious sandbank that gives its name to a popular beer, is at the mouth of the Camel.

(You may scoff at the use of the word "popular", but you can't deny that it sells in huge quantities.)

The Doom Bar is a little downstream from the town of Padstow (known to some as PadStein). On the opposite bank of the estuary from Padstow is the village of Rock, which is where William 'Bill' Sharp opened his brewery in 1994.
